This coin was issued in 2018 by the Belgian Kingdom to celebrate the 400th anniversary of the Mount of Piety, the oldest official financial entity in Belgium. The obverse side of the coincard shows a painting of the Mount of Piety by Jean Béraud. The reverse side shows an image of the Mount of Piety as it is today. The coin itself displays the logo of the Mount of Piety on the obverse side and a map of Europe on the reverse side.
